What is Janea Membership?
Janea Membership rewards you for buying our services and for referring friends who buy our services.
How do I join Janea Membership?
When you visit Janea Nail Studio, sign up with your email address immediately prior to your service.
What are the benefits of joining Janea Membership?
- Free Welcome Drink – Receive a complimentary drink with your first service.
- Refer a Friend – Receive 10% off your next service when you refer someone who becomes a new member. Your friend gets 10% off too!
- Special Offers – Receive access to special offers through the year
How do I refer a friend?
After becoming a member, you will receive a welcome email with details of your membership benefits. Simply forward this email to as many people as you like. When a friend then visits Janea Nail Studio and becomes a new member, they must show us this email. They will then receive a 10% discount for their service and we will send you an email with a voucher to redeem 10% off any service. All vouchers can be used against one service only. Please see terms and conditions for further details.
Do I still book online with a voucher?
Yes! You book an appointment the same way as without a voucher. We’ll just apply the discount against your service when you pay in Janea Nail Studio.
Can I use a 10% refer a friend discount against multiple services on the same visit?
No. All vouchers can be used against one service only. If you have multiple services on the same visit then a refer a friend discount can be used against the most expensive service.
Can I use a 10% refer a friend discount on drinks?
No. All vouchers can be used against one service only. If you purchase drinks or other products on the same visit then the voucher can only be used for the service.
Can I refer a friend on my first visit to Janea Nail Studio if I book the same service for multiple people?
Yes! As long as you sign up for membership and bring someone else who signs up for membership we will give you both 10% off your services.
Are all services eligible as part of Janea Membership?
Yes! The benefits of Janea Membership are available for all services sold in Janea Nail Studio.
Can I use a Gift Voucher and become a Janea Member
Yes! If you’re visiting Janea Nail Studio with a Gift Voucher either for the first time or as a regular customer, you are still entitled to membership benefits. Gift Vouchers work as a cash equivalent
