Membership Terms & Conditions

Janea Nail Studio - Manchester City Centre

Sign up for membership when you visit Janea Nail Studio immediately prior to a service. Sign up for membership is only for customers purchasing one of our services. If you sign up for membership and subsequently do not purchase a service you will be removed from membership and will not be eligible for membership benefits. This does not impact your ability to re-sign up for membership in future and then receive membership benefits. Signing up for membership gives Janea Nail Studio permission to send you marketing communications. We will ask for your express consent when signing up to membership.

General Terms

You can only become a member of Janea Nail Studio once. If you change your name, phone number or email address we will update your membership with your new details. If we discover that a customer has multiple Janea Memberships we will merge these into one membership. Once you become a member of Janea Nail Studio you will automatically remain a member until you inform Janea Nail Studio you no longer wish to participate. If you withdraw from our membership you will no longer be eligible for membership benefits. If you withdraw from our membership and then sign up for membership again your previous membership will be reactivated and you will not receive the benefits of a new member. We reserve the right to deny access to Janea membership to anyone at our own discretion.

Free Welcome Drink

The new member welcome drink will be gifted during your first service after becoming a member. For the avoidance of doubt, each membership will receive one welcome drink. Drinks to choose from are prosecco 125ml, wine 125ml serving, any soft drink, bottled water, tea and coffee. Alcoholic drinks can only be served after midday. If you do not accept the gift on the same visit where you become a member, we can’t guarantee you’ll be given the gift on another visit.

Refer a Friend (Referrer)

You can refer as many friends as you like to Janea Nail Studio. A referral is considered to be third party person who signs up for Janea Membership, buys a service and shows us a Janea Membership email that has been forwarded from a member. You will then receive a 10% referrer voucher by email to use against a service at Janea Nail Studio. A referrer voucher can be used against one service only. If you have multiple services on the same visit then a referrer voucher can be used against the most expensive service. A referrer voucher can only be used once. For as long as you remain a Janea member, you will be eligible to refer friends who become members of Janea Nail Studio. A referrer voucher can not be forwarded to other people. We reserve the right to check and record the details of the ‘to’ field of the email before accepting 10% discount vouchers.

Refer a Friend (Referred)

To claim a refer a friend discount you must sign up for Janea Membership, buy a service and show us a Janea Membership email that has been forwarded from a member. You will then receive a 10% discount against a service at Janea Nail Studio. A refer a friend discount can be used against one service only. If you have multiple services on the same visit then the refer a friend discount can be used against the most expensive service. We reserve the right to check and record the details of the ‘to’ field of the email.

Special Offers

For as long as you remain a Janea member, you will be eligible to receive special offers for products and services in Janea Nail Studio. We reserve the right to determine these offers and change them at any time.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right to change any and all benefits of Janea Membership at our own discretion and without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our membership at our own discretion.
