Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Value
The value of a gift card is equivalent to its purchase value and can be treated as cash.
Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed towards the transaction value of all services and products in Janea Nail Studio. In order to redeem gift cards against services, new customers must be prepared to sign our consultation form and all customers must be prepared to comply with the terms and conditions of Janea Nail Studio. The gift card can only be used once and must be sacrificed to Janea Nail Studio on use. Change will not be given where the value of the transaction is less than the value of the gift card. If the transaction value exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. If the transaction value is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount will be added to your account for future use. No fees or charges apply to gift cards. Gift cards are valid only for users who are 16 years of age or older. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with all Janea Membership offers when Janea Membership terms and conditions are adhered to.
Limitations
Gift cards will be valid for 18 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards may be purchased in values of £10, £20, £30 or £50, or other such values Janea Nail Studio may determine. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gifts cards may not be exchanged for cash, reloaded or resold in any circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Janea Nail Studio will not accept liability if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Janea Nail Studio will not accept liability for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any gift card.
Change of Terms
Janea Nail Studio reserves the right to change these gift card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. Janea Nail Studio reserves the right to withdraw gift cards at any time and for any reason. Janea Nail Studio will then use reasonable effort to make arrangements for gift cards to continue to be accepted for a reasonable period of time after withdrawal.
